Wine Cellar is a proper independent off-licence: a small shop that packs in a serious wall of wine alongside beer, craft, spirits and the everyday bits. It’s the kind of local you can pop into for a cold four-pack, a bottle for dinner, or a boxed Champagne on the way to a party.

What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Saturday 10:00–22:00 and Sunday 10:00–21:00, seven days a week, late every night. The banner at the top of the page shows live whether we’re open right now.
What do you sell?
A full off-licence: world wines (red, white and rosé), Champagne and Prosecco, beer and craft beer, spirits (whisky, rum, vodka, gin and more), plus soft drinks and mixers. There’s a fuller breakdown in the what we stock section above.
Do you have a good wine selection, or is it mostly beer and spirits?
Both. The name isn’t for show: there’s a genuinely deep wall of wine, Old World and New, with a full window of rosé and gift-boxed Champagne, sitting right alongside the beer, craft and spirits.
Where exactly are you, and is it easy to get to?
We’re at 536 Kingsland Road, E8 4AH, on the Dalston stretch of the A10 by the Forest Road corner, a few minutes’ walk from Haggerston Overground and close to the Regent’s Canal. Directions and a map are just above.
Can I pay by card?
Yes, card and contactless are welcome, and we’re a PayPoint, so you can also pay bills, top up your mobile and pick up National Lottery tickets while you’re in.
Do you sell Champagne or gift bottles for a party?
We do. Gift-boxed Champagne and sparkling wine are a regular part of the window display, and there are gift bottles across the spirits range too. Pop in or give us a ring on 020 7241 1593 and we’ll point you to what’s in.
